Refund Policy
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Annual subscriptions
If you cancel an annual subscription within fourteen days of purchase and have not unlocked any packs in that period, you are entitled to a full refund. Outside this period or once any pack has been unlocked, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term.
A la carte pack unlocks
A pack unlock is delivered the instant payment is confirmed by Stripe. Because the digital product is delivered immediately, you waive your statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Pack unlocks are non-refundable once delivered.
Concierge one-off
The £2,500 Concierge one-off product covers a single deal end-to-end (pack + call + introductions). If you cancel before the call is held you are entitled to a refund of £2,253 (the cost less the standard pack unlock fee). Once the call is held the fee is non-refundable.
Errors and chargebacks
If a payment was taken in error, email info@elaman-group.com and we will resolve it promptly. If you raise a chargeback without contacting us first we may suspend your account pending resolution.
