Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you retain membership access until then. We do not refund unused time in a billing period unless required by law.
Single deal packs
A deal pack is delivered as soon as payment is confirmed by Stripe. A pack is non-refundable after delivery except where it is faulty, materially misdescribed, or a refund is otherwise required by law.
Errors and chargebacks
If a payment was taken in error, email info@elaman-group.com and we will resolve it promptly. If you raise a chargeback without contacting us first we may suspend your account pending resolution.
